Washington Post - Biden endorsed major changes to the Supreme Court. Term limits of 18 years for justices and an enforceable ethics code. The plan, announced today in a Post Opinions column, may struggle to pass Congress. Another move: Biden pushed for a constitutional amendment to prohibit blanket immunity for presidents — a rebuke of the court’s immunity decision this month. MORE
