Protesters prepare for Congressional Baseball Game as Dems seek redemption
Axios A group of House Democrats is launching a task force to take on Project 2025, conservatives' sprawling policy planning for a second Trump administration. The task force is part of Democrats' strategy of tying all Republicans to former President Trump's most audacious second-term goals. Project 2025 proposes overhauling or eliminating a swath of federal agencies including the Justice Department, Department of Homeland Security and FBI, as well as making it easier to fire civil servants.
