Sam Smith - My amazing recent discovery: watermelon chunks. I keep them in the fridge and several times a day grab one as an alternative to something more caloric... And speaking of calories,  I've recently found a way to make my routine lunch desert of two Double Stuff Oreo cookies (140 calories) last longer: consume each cookie in five or six little bites rather than the two or three I used to do. It extends  desert significantly.
