Washington Post - A rule, released
yesterday, will allow 245 million acres of public property
to be leased for conservation in the same way that oil companies lease land for
drilling. This rule — alongside new limits to oil drilling
across 13 million acres of Alaska — will help to protect public lands from
climate change and development.
