sure ... statistical analysis has limits --- that's why we see the terms: "more likely" the logical problem is "association does not prove causality". If I say, 42% of users have not enough access to health care, and then don't get blood pressure medication etc., we have a whole other causal possibility

This study is statistical in nature, and lacks supporting evidence to support its conclusion.
