Michael Johnson makes me wonder whether there is any joy in his tightly corseted mind, other than possibly the giddy feeling that might happen when someone on a lifelong quest for power and glory finally meets their quarry, and with a mixture of an elevated adrenaline level and low serotonin level blithely picks the wings and legs off their victim.
Or…
What if my impressions are based on ‘Real Life’ imitating ‘Art’ somehow. You know, like in an old James Bond movie where there is a guy kidnapped by Spectre (Or… you pick your movie). And, after being hypnotized and drugged they become zombie-like and walk around sorta like those people in The Night of the Living Dead, seemingly oblivious to other people’s wants and needs – driven only to satiate some very primal instinct. Or, even worse, demand all others be submissive to their god-given religious self-importance that leads to a myopic, almost moronic look on their face as they suck all the good and kindness out of civilization.
