Axios - Pork production in the U.S. has become increasingly efficient, and the tenderloin, ham, sausage and bacon hitting butchers and grocery stores is outpacing demand, The Wall Street Journal reports. Demand has fallen 9% in the last two decades, while production is up 25%. Sales are especially low among younger consumers.
