More than 21 million people have signed up for health plans through the
Affordable Care Act’s health insurance marketplaces, the Biden
administration announced Wednesday. The record level of enrollment comes
as former president Donald Trump, seeking the GOP nomination, is again vowing to repeal the program if elected.
