What should Democrats do to regain working-class voters?

Roberrt Reich  - I’m old enough to remember when Democrats had the backing of working-class voters of all races and Republicans got the votes of college-educated professionals. In 1960, John F. Kennedy narrowly won the presidency despite losing white college graduates by a two-to-one margin. While voters of color continue to be at the core of the Democratic coalition, white working-class voters have fled the party. In contrast to Kennedy, Biden narrowly won the presidency in 2020 despite losing white voters without a college degree by a two-to-one margin.

The problem is that the majority of White Working Class voters are irredeemably racist.
