States with the largest and smallest gender pay gap

 US News - In every state, as well as the District of Columbia, the typical full-time working woman made less money than the typical man. Vermont was the closest to achieving gender parity, as women there made 93 cents for every dollar a man made. New York (88 cents), California (87 cents) and Rhode Island (86 cents) were also among states with the smallest pay gaps.Wyoming, Louisiana and Utah were among the worst states for gender pay parity. Women in Wyoming made less than 68 cents for every dollar a man made. The pay gap is also present among all races and ethnicities.

The most equal and the least equal states are very predictable. Patriarchy is ridiculous and harmful to communities
