Cannabis use among children in US surged by over 240% since 2000

Independent -  In the study, scientists from Oregon Health and Science University ... found over 338,000 instances of intentional abuse or misuse among American children aged 6-18, of which 32 per cent resulted in “worse than minor clinical outcomes”.

No description of what these 32 percent of reports that resulted in “worse than minor clinical outcomes" looks like?

What happened to these kids? They don't care to inform us on what's happening and giving details about these 32 percent of reports that resulted in “worse than minor clinical outcomes”. That looks like they might have a specific unstated agenda, or have set their parameters in a dubious place. I'll wait for more info before I will believe a word of it.

OHSU does some great work, and it sometimes puts out dubious reports, I remain skeptical about their findings here.
