As an independent, both parties are terrible and corrupt. I've wanted more parties since the 1980s, or if not more parties, a binding none of the above option on all ballots would serve too. Ranked Choice Voting with open primaries would be another way to go. I refuse to vote for either party anymore, unless the specific candidate is someone I can support. otherwise I will support third parties whenever that is an option. Voting for Republicans or Democrats who will only care what their donors want, is truly throwing your vote away.
