Why Biden's not to blame for gas prices

May be an image of text that says 'GAS 101: A course which addresses the fluctuation of gas prices and causes thereof. (This class was created for those who have been misinformed and/or are spreading misinformation. The price of gasoline is determined by the following factors: Cost of refining Crude oil prices Taxes Distribution Marketing None of these factors are determined by the president of the United States.'

Sanctions on Russia affected both distribution and crude prices. Biden is most certainly responsible for the sanctions (which, BTW, haven't hurt Russia's oil revenues at all!). But they sure have hurt working Americans. Thanks, Joe.

Biden isn't responsible for increased gas prices. But he the man in charge, and he is responsible for ameliorating the damage caused by the high prices. My fill up has gone from about $50 to about $100, and I'm not happy.

The one person who may have done something about gas prices is Elon Musk by putting a couple of million EVs on the road and reducing demand somewhat. Yet Musk is the one person Biden tries to insult whenever possible.
