We get "Infrastructure Asset Recycling" with this trillion dollar privatization bill. That means taxpayer funded public works will be sold to the most connected donors for the purpose of fleecing ordinary people. This privatization scheme is designed to steal our public works and give it to corporations that make their profit from refusing to do proper upkeep and repair on critical infrastructure like dams, bridges, and public water systems. Apparently we learned nothing from the fiasco of private prisons. Privatization always make things worse, because the corporations won't even try to keep up or properly steward the infrastructure they purchase.
This is way beyond capitalism. Welcome to the world of Technofeudalism
