Tonight at 9 pm, WETA will feature a documentary on DC's long struggle for the right to vote and representation in Congress. Your editor, who wrote the first article explaining how DC statehood would be constitutional,  is on the show, Last Battlefront: Quest for the Vote, as his historian wife, Kathryn Schneider Smith, who has written several books on DC history.
