Amid Catholic opposition, states are legalizing composting of human remains

Hmmm... From dust, to dust - or 'dirt'.

Admittedly, I found this idea repulsive at first. Then only questionable. Then, well, now I kinda like the idea. Much better than shoved into an oven to be burned to a crisp.

I think that if I were to be burned to a crisp, I'd want my ashes be scattered someplace really 'special' to me. And if I end up being compost, maybe added to soil at some beautiful State Forest or something.

There is another acceptable method where a person can be put in a simple pine box ( not square ), and popped into the ground. End results might be the same as composting!

Not that this is a coincidence or anything, but Soylent Green took place in 2022!
