Only 74 electoral votes short of abolishing electoral college

Abolish the Electoral College - The National Popular Vote Interstate Compact will effectively “abolish” the Electoral College without amending the Constitution. States that join the compact agree to award their electoral votes to the candidate who wins the national popular vote. So far 15 states + DC have signed on, giving us 196 of the 270 electoral votes we need to make the Electoral College as it stands irrelevant.
