Unfortunately, my deductive reasoning resolves that is not just a car, but also a shelter. They are, most likely, homeless. Ugh. This modern world wearies me sometimes. Money to send people to Mars, with the lead cheerleader admitting it is going to be a one way trip for many, but how many homeless are on our streets each night. ugh.
