When that boondoggle was going down I had a real good laugh at their expense. ICE can not patrol every inch every moment. The gaps in active surveillance will provide ample opportunity to scale with a homemade ladder custom built to height at hand. And the swarthy criminals from the South are the supposed dim witted ones....
