Anatole France wrote of ‘the majestic egalitarianism of the law, which forbids rich and poor alike to sleep under bridges, to beg in the streets, and to steal bread.’ The law isn’t an ass. It’s an instrument of class domination, a very powerful one which will continue until a majority of us come to understand and desire a post-capitalist, socialist world. Then the world will be truly turned upside down.
Just as a 'devils advocate', ( presumably still allowable in this country ), I might pose a counter argument: What does a 'capitalist' State look like?

What does a post-capitalist, socialist world look like? Canada? Scandinavia? Something heretofore unpracticed? Elucidate, please.

Highly regulated? Totally un-regulated? Religious? Atheist?
Complete specificity is not always required to pose an opinion.
