Time to unpack the 'Supreme Court

Sam Smith - One of the common offenses of the modern media is that it takes political propaganda and uses it to define realty. The most recent example is the notion that the Democrats want to "pack" the Supreme Court. Nothing could be further from the case. In fact, right now, one third of the court - if Judge Barrett is approved - will have been appointed by one president, Donald Trump. Two thirds of the court will be Catholic despite the fact that only 22% of the American population is. Expanding the court to eleven would actually unpack the court and return it to a more reasonable status.
