What were BLM protesters and "antifa"(really it's a philosophy not a group) doing during the fires? They were using their organizing skills and know how to provide food and necessities for fire evacuees at an evacuation site in Portland. Local BLM protesters were helping the people evacuated because they saw the need, and wanted to give aid. Looters were more likely locals from the burnt communities in need of supplies or a few opportunists hoping to exploit the chaos.
