Polls: Trump slipping in Utah; Biden better than Clinton in Minnesota

In the latest KUTV poll in Utah, Trump holds a three point lead over Biden - a statistical tie. In 2016 Trump beat Biden by 18 points.

A Minnesota poll finds Biden five points ahead, compared to Hillary Clinton who did only one point better than Trump in the state.
