Globally, the average number of new cases the past seven days is 12% above the previous week. For America it is up 7%.
According to an analysis by Alan McQuillan, counties with the largest number of deaths per million are Spain, Italy, France, UK and Netherlands. Deaths per million in the US are 26% that of Spain.

- Average number of new cases in Spain this week are are down 6% compared to the previous week
- Average number of new cases in Italy this week are up 5% compared to the previous week
- Average number of new cases in Iran this week are 2% compared to the previous week.
- Average number of new cases in Germany this week are down 27% compared to the previous week
- The latest death rate in all major virus countries has increased this week over past week's average:
StatesUSA at 4,6% or 40% over the previous week's average
Global 6.5% or 12% over the previous week's average
United Kingdom is worst 13.3%
Italy is second at 13%
Spain is third at 10.4%
Germany is 2.7%
- The highest number of cases are in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania Michigan, and California.
- In all the major virus states, the death rate has increased the past seven days by 3-64% compared to the previous week. The lowest - Georgia and Washington - were early targets of the virus.
- The highest death rates are in Michigan, New York, Washington, and Louisiana.
