Sam Smith - The huge virus rescue bill is one more reminder that while economists convince us how to think about money in good times, in diasters those rules go away. So, at a time of record national debt and the virus rescue bill adding to it because we need to, not even GOP reactionaries are complaining about this for the most part.
As suggested here before, money and its effect is not just about economics but about culture and seeing what happens as a result of our extraordinary measures may teach us something for the good times as well.
