While the numbers of virus cases globally increased four times during the third week of March, in the two days since then it has gone up only 10% (or 35% on a weekly basis). This is the same percent for Iran and Italy, two major carriers of the disease. If this sounds like alot, consider that in the previous week Italy had gone up 260% and Iran 73%. Meanwhile, USA - still in an earlier stage of the pandemic - grew 9 times in the third week of March but now is growing at a double per week rate so far.
