Unfettered access to porn by pre-pubescents is certainly a public health hazard. Unfettered access to disinformation is a public health hazard to all. Unfettered access to social media is sending adolescent suicide rates through the roof. That would also be a public health hazard. Why does not human ask itself more, "just because I can, should I?"
5g may be tissue inert, but the psycho-social impacts of having a cell phone and access to the internet 24-7 may do more damage quicker...
