Study says daylight savings time not healthy

I want nothing to do with year round standard time, the sun already comes up way too early in July. The time switch ruins about a month for me both ways, but I'd take all year daylight savings time gladly. I need the light in the evening, not in the morning before it's time to get up. I don't see or get any benefit of morning light when my curtains black it out.
