This year, only 24% of all the jobs available require a Bachelor's degree or greater. This year, 34% of those over the age of 24 will have achieved a Bachelor's degree or greater. The math reveals that there are only enough jobs for 60% of those who are qualified. In simple economics, Supply exceeds Demand, which results in depressed wages for even jobs requiring higher education. In the end, all of the college graduates end up working for less than they were told they should expect.
