This edition is in my library. It is a must read for anyone who is serious about sustainably. You can harness the power of fecal matter on a plot as small as a city lot of 6000 sqft. All it takes is a willingness to understand the science of thermophillac composting and some attention to detail....

In the end, poo goes in, and a couple years later a pile of rich biologically diverse soil is available to amend plots that grow fruit or veg. Done correctly, the process cooks off any nasty organisms that might be present in human waste.

Scalability and a litigious society keeps the process inhibited and relegated to the fringes of horticulturalists; like myself.
