Word: Will segregation return?

Sam Smith - If the Supreme Court rules against gays and the transgendered in the case before it, it will mean that segregation has formally returned to the United States - only against gays and the transgendered rather than blacks. Imagine someone arguing that their religion prevents them from hiring a black person and getting away with it today. It would be helpful if the media described this as a gay and transgender segregation case
