Over the last year, the black unemployment rate has risen 0.2 percentage points to 6.7 percent and the white unemployment rate has dropped 0.4 percentage point to 3.1 percent.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is offering a glimpse of how shared scooter riders are getting hurt...Of 271 riders identified identified for potential injuries, about 45 percent involved some form of head injury. Less than 1 percent of riders were wearing a helmet.
