Stupid Trump tricks

Trump tweeted, “FEMA has been told directly by me to give the A Plus treatment to the Great State of Alabama and the wonderful people who have been so devastated by the Tornadoes." This is in contrast with the F- treatment given residents of Puerto Rico where nearly 3000 were killed in Hurricane Maria and to residents of California where he threatened to withdraw federal funding following the wildfires.
