Through a growing economy, penalties for outsourcing, and restrictions on immigration a labor shortage is created. Businesses small and large will out of necessity turn to these communities and rehabilitate, hire, and train them for the workforce they need.
A labor shortage means higher wages, better working conditions, opportunity for advancement, and less inequality. A labor shortage can do more for the working man and the poor than any amount of government programs.
