Alternet Michael Cohen turned on President Donald Trump after watching him bow down before Russian president Vladimir Putin last month in Helsinki, according to his attorney.
Trump’s longtime attorney and “fixer” pleaded guilty to eight felony counts Tuesday in federal court, and Cohen’s attorney told MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” why he agreed to admit the president had directed him to break campaign finance law
“It was evolutionary,” said attorney Lanny Davis. “In talking to him, again, I have to be careful what I share as an attorney, but I can tell you that Helsinki was a significant turning point.”
