Democrat Jon Ossoff is 7 points ahead of Republican Karen Handel in the race for Georgia’s 6th District House seat, according to a SurveyUSA survey released Monday.

And though it will be good should the House be rid of one more Republican, it should be noted that Ossoff is hardly anything near being a progressive candidate and represents no real change from the Democratic Party status quo. Big banks, the military industrial complex, the insurance cartels. big pharma, and BigAg have little to worry over his election to office. Laud his victory if you will, nevertheless the people still will end up losing, and that's the real problem that goes unsolved.
