Of course this was said in jest - but there is a shred of truth to the statement.
Or they could just keep raising the tax penalty - which was the "solution" that came from our previous president and his failing system - which was designed to fail! Did you read the latest on how they raided Fanny and Freddie for hundreds of billions! Cute.
His biggest achievement was a failure by design - some legacy!
