Israel’s moral claim to land comes from the Bible, not Google, Communications Minister Tzachi Hanegbi said in Washington at an event held in support of placing West Bank settlements within final borders of the Jewish state. “Defense is important and security is important, but the most important thing is the moral claim of Israel. We are committed to go forward with living in our ancient land, land that was given us not by Google and Wikipedia, but by the Bible,” he said.

One can argue about using forests to make bags being as bad as using fossil fuel to make bags, but at the end of it all, when tossed on the ground, a paper bag will completely compost.
And apropos the Zionists' claim to the land, see Prof. Ze'ev Herzog's Deconstructing the Walls of Jericho. It originally appeared in Haaretz ca 1997, but is still available on the web. Dr Herzog is an archaeologist at Tel Aviv, and his article summarises the research. His summary can be further summarised: the biblical "history" is fiction created for political purposes. The most extensive and committed excavation over 70+ years' time has provided no support at all even for the mundane claims, never mind the claims of divine land grant.
