Paul Ryan on black urban men

Swap out 'country clubs,' 'business schools,' or 'Officer Candidate School' for 'inner cities' and he might be on to something.

Another Ryan dog whistle. This pretense to actual knowledge of urban life is amounting to a kind of turrets afflicting political hacks.
