Morning Line: Clinton has electoral votes needed

Nationally, Hillary Clinton is seven points ahead of Trump, her best position in months. This this is 9 points better than her worst position vs Trump. Her current average percentage is 45%, Her campaign range has been 38-46%
Clinton is leading with 272 of the needed 270 electoral votes, down 3 from her best of 275 early in the campaign. Another 44 electoral votes are possibly Democratic. 114 electoral votes are definitely in the Trump column. Another 61 are possible. This would still leave him 90 votes short.
