The Center for Court Innovation, in partnership with the U.S.
Department of Justice’s Bureau of Justice Assistance, has a community court grant program. This initiative supports the creation and enhancement
of community-focused courts that work to restore public confidence in
justice and create new responses to low-level crime. Jurisdictions will
receive funding and technical assistance to support their efforts to
promote local alternatives to incarceration. Ten grants of up to
$200,000 each will be made.Click here to download the competitive solicitation announcement and application instructions. Proposals are due on Friday, February 19.
