Infrequently asked question: Are CNN and MSNBC encouraging ISIS?

A Google check of news stories about the Sen Bernardino killings found 19,200,000 articles of which 8.7 million mention ISIS. The obsessive media coverage of such incidents undoubtedly fuels enthusiasm in and for ISIS, but we're not meant to talk about that.
