Washington Times - A no-fly zone will be enforced over Roosevelt Island in New York as former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton kicks off her 2016 campaign.
The Federal Aviation Administration declared a “national defense airspace,” which includes part of the East Side, at the request of Mrs. Clinton’s campaign, The New York Post reported.
Pilots who don’t obey the no-fly zone rules will be intercepted and the government may use “deadly force” against aircraft that pose an imminent threat, an FAA notice to airmen said.
