Obama removes Cuba from terror list

Washington Times  - The Obama administration on Friday officially removed Cuba from the list of state sponsors of terrorism, removing a key barrier toward full normal diplomatic relations between the U.S. and the communist island.... The administration says it still has deep concerns about human rights violations in Cuba, but those concerns do not warrant keeping the country on the terror sponsor list.
