The big bad bill

Cory Booker - Here are the facts about this disastrous budget:

• This bill will rip away health care from 17 million Americans, exacerbating disparities and making our communities sicker and less safe.
• Hundreds of hospitals and nursing homes won’t have the funding they require to provide the care our communities desperately need.
• Grocery and utility bills will increase for hard-working families from coast to coast 
• The GOP’s budget will also add trillions of dollars to our national debt
• And on top of it all —the budget hands $1 trillion dollars in tax breaks and subsidies to the ultra-wealthy.

This bill hurts nearly everyone – kids, students, seniors, veterans, anyone struggling with rising costs. It’s among the most damaging and reckless proposals in recent history.
