That there are any houses built in the last 50 years in harms way standing along the southern coasts is due to the regulations that require buildings to meet hurricane codes. They should not be there, but at least peopler do not lose the building in the first storm. Just give sea level a few more feet and we are going to have to regulate even more to prevnet many deaths. Be happy that Trump only built houses of cards, not people's homes near the beach.
