Why does the mainstream media believe that the death of extreme right-wing figures like Justice Scalia and Nancy Reagan must be treated with nothing but respect when it never showed any such regard for deceased victims of their policies such as, in the case of Mrs. Reagan, drug addicts and gays with AIDS?
