Our running average of the last three polls in Iowa find Hillary Clinton statistically tied with 8 of the top 9 GOP candidates. She leads Bush by 5 points, but all the rest by three or, in the case of Rand Paul, trails by one. In 2012, Obama won Iowa by 6.
