There are mechanical ways to fix it, but this probably deals directly with the underlying problem of daylight savings time, which is temporary and artificial, worthy of a post it that stays up for 6 months. If not then a temporary post it can easily replace this stating that two hours are to be added with perhaps a permanent 1 hour note written on duct tape underneath.
