When i ran for Mayor of Providence REI in 2002 the eventual winneer said at a public forum that he was going to bring in the guys at Harvard who helped the Russian economy. I pointeds out that those were the guys who crashed the Russian economy ands sld it all off to the crooked oligarchs. The eventual mayor stopped usiong that line. But we are still fgeeling the effects of such crimnality
